Croatia is the anchor of every Balkan itinerary sold into the Indian market, and the one most likely to be quoted badly. The Dalmatian coast in peak season is shared with cruise ships, which means Dubrovnik's old town and Kotor across the border are crowded at predictable hours and empty at others — an itinerary that gets the timing right delivers a completely different experience at the same cost. We operate the full coastal spine: Zagreb and Plitvice inland, then Split, Trogir and Hvar, down to Dubrovnik. Plitvice runs on timed entry with capacity caps, and it is booked at confirmation rather than left to the day. Dubrovnik's old town has no coach access, so drop-off points, cable car timing and walking distances are planned into the schedule. The Pelješac Bridge now lets coaches run the coastal route without the old Bosnian corridor crossing, which removes two border stops from a Split–Dubrovnik transfer.
