1. What we collect
Through agency registration, enquiry, and download-gated forms on this site, we collect: agency name, contact person name and designation, business email and phone, company address, GSTIN/PAN/registration number, trade membership details, and uploaded verification documents (GST certificate, PAN, registration proof). We do not collect end-traveller personal data through this site — that is handled separately once a booking is confirmed with an agency.
2. How we use it
To verify and onboard your agency, respond to enquiries, generate quotes, send trade communications (rate updates, new destinations, policy changes), and meet our own tax/compliance record-keeping obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell agency data. Data may be shared with {{ NEEDS INPUT: sub-processors — e.g. cloud hosting, WhatsApp/OTP provider, email delivery, payment/invoicing provider }} strictly to operate the service, under their own confidentiality obligations.
4. Verification documents
GST/PAN/registration documents uploaded during registration are stored securely and used solely to verify trade eligibility. They are not shared outside Travmode's internal verification process.
